Position: HR Executive(IT and NON IT) Location: Jabalpur Job Type: On-site (Full Time) Eligibility:2 to 5 years relevant experience About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a leading manpower outsourcing company. In this role, you'll oversee a small team of HR professionals, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies.talent management Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their manpower requirements and ensuring their expectations are met. Identify and implement improvements in HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in the development and execution of performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, team performance, and other HR-related data to senior management. Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement. Support the training and development initiatives for HR team members, contributing to their professional growth. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Should have experience in an HR role, with some experience in team leadership or management. Familiarity with manpower outsourcing and recruitment processes. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues with professionalism. Responsibilities: · Designing and updating job descriptions to accurately reflect the needs of each role. · Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels such as social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, workIndia, StackOverflow, and Behance. · Crafting compelling recruiting emails to engage passive candidates and attract top talent. · Screening incoming resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates. · Conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person to assess candidates' fit for the roles. · Advertising job openings across the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels. · Providing hiring managers with a shortlist of top candidates. · Sending job offer emails, addressing queries about compensation and benefits, and managing the offer process. · Monitoring key HR metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and sources of hire to ensure efficiency. · Participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events to enhance the company’s visibility. · Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs and workforce planning. · Acting as a consultant to new hires and facilitating their smooth onboarding experience. Requirements: · Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. · Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. · Expertise in various sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs. · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. · Strong judgment and decision-making abilities in evaluating candidates. · Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
