Identify and implement improvements in HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, team performance, and other HR-related data to senior management. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Should have experience in an HR role, with some experience in team leadership or management. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues with professionalism.
