Tele Collection Executive(Bhopal)

Requirements:

Basic comprehension skills in English

Enthusiastic and customer-oriented, comfortable with voice processes

Open to rotational shifts and week-offs

Comfortable working 6 days a week Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts for payment collection Handle inbound calls related to overdue payments and negotiate payment plans

Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate tracking of outstanding balances Maintain compliance with quality parameters, productivity metrics, and process standards Uphold customer satisfaction and adhere to all regulatory/statutory requirements

Additional Details: Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

Shift Timings: Between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Preference for non-pursuing candidates)

MS Office knowledge: Preferred but not mandatory

Gender: Open to all Compensation:

CTC: ₹12,800/month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month

Training Stipend: ₹5,000 (in-hand) for 30 days (Classroom + OJT)
