Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, whether it be via phone, email, or chat. You will need to identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific features effectively. It will be essential to analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting tests on various scenarios or impersonating users. Additionally, updating internal databases with technical issue information and customer interactions is a key part of the role. Monitoring customer complaints on social media platforms and providing assistance when necessary is crucial. Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members, as well as informing customers about new functionalities, are part of your responsibilities. Following up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues, gathering feedback, and communicating it to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams are tasks you will perform. Moreover, assisting in the training of junior Customer Support Representatives will be expected. To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. Familiarity with the industry is beneficial, as is experience with help desk software and remote support tools. A good understanding of CRM systems is required, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to multitask, exhibit patience when handling challenging cases, and hold a degree in any field are also necessary for this position.,
