Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from callers for various reasons- answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent English & Very Good in Hindi - Both languages must
  • Minimum Graduation is required
  • Must be an immediate joiner
  • Freshers can also apply with good communication
