Job Description

We are urgently hiring fresher candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via call / chat / email
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Maintain customer records and update system data
  • Resolve basic issues or escalate to senior team

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Freshers can apply
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,633.34 - ₹22,569.00 per month
