Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to represent the customer in all aspects of the business. You will present the perspective of the customer in internal meetings involving business and product decisions, with the goal of ensuring a great customer experience. Your tasks will include communicating with customers via phone and email, speaking to customers to understand their goals and requirements, and providing valuable inputs to the business and product teams. You will also be responsible for solving issues, questions, and concerns raised by customers, ensuring that all commitments to customers are met by coordinating with various internal departments, and maintaining accurate data related to customer interactions. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of empathy to understand customer needs and pains. You should have at least 1 year of experience in customer query handling and be comfortable communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or SMS. Additionally, you should be proficient in writing clear and concise emails and adept at using other communication channels effectively. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environment is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably in an international BPO voice process. The job type is full-time and permanent, with the requirement of working day shifts from Monday to Friday, following US shift timings. Candidates should hold a graduate degree or above, and the salary offered for this position ranges from 15,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month. The location for this role is Mohali, Punjab, and candidates must be willing to commute or relocate before starting work.
