About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Support Executive to join our team and ensure a smooth experience for our students. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make verification and feedback calls to students
• Handle queries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with student documentation and data management
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Prior customer support experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable with on-site work
Additional Info:
• Training Period: First 3 months
• Salary during training: ₹15,000/month + incentives
• Post-training: Salary increment based on performance
