Aertrip is a fast-growing travel company specializing in flights, hotels, holidays, and visa services. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals, ideally with a travel background or diploma, to join our support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with queries related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, and travel assistance.
• Provide accurate information regarding flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with a Travel & Tourism diploma are preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of travel industry operations is an advantage.
• Customer service orientation and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
