Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO voice process or domestic voice process (CSE).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
  • Strong convincing power and interpersonal skills for effective customer handling.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
