Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalyani for a Customer Support Executive Trainee. In this role, you will assist in providing technical and customer service support, respond to customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also deliver online support, maintain communication with clients, and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall service experience.
