Requirements Provide first-level technical support to clients via email, phone, or remote access. Understand client issues and troubleshoot software errors or bugs. Document and resolve software-related problems in a timely manner. Coordinate with the development team to escalate unresolved issues. Communicate client feedback and software enhancement suggestions. Train clients and internal users on the features and use of the software.
