Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls

    for customer inquiries and bookings
  • Handle

    WhatsApp and Instagram messages

    with prompt, friendly responses
  • Manage CRM platforms like ZOHO

    updating leads, tracking follow-ups, maintaining customer data

Key Requirements

  • Age below

    26 years

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in

    English

    (Telugu/Hindi is a bonus)
  • Comfortable with handling calls, social media chats, and CRM tools
  • Proactive, friendly, and problem-solving mindset
  • Basic tech proficiency: WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Zoho CRM (training can be provided)
