The ideal candidate must possess clear verbal communication skills, exhibit a polite and professional approach while interacting with customers over the phone. Qualifications for this position include being from Midnapore or nearby areas, proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English, basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, using mobile or desktop apps), and the ability to communicate politely, confidently, and well-mannered during phone calls.
