About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate

, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls, chats and handle escalation cases.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting

- Providing product/service information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

- Very good communication

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English , Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya.

- Minimum 12th pass qualification

- Freshers can also apply.

Shifts:

Rotational shift including night shift(For male employees)

6 working days 1 days off on rotational basis

Salary :

CTC upto 15k
