We are hiring Customer Support Executive for Banking Inbound & Outbound Voice Process. Work location- Kochi, Kalamassery. The role requires handing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle Inbound and Outbound calls related to banking services.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Provide information on banking products, service, and processes.
Maintain call quality and follow compliance guidelines.
Ensure excellent customer excellent customer experience in every interaction.
Language required: Malayalam + Tamil/ Malayalam + Hindi/ Malayalam + Hindi.
Graduate is Mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and one more regional language.
Willingness to work in inbound and outbound voice support.
