We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to support our Maintenance Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating maintenance requests, and updating records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to maintenance services
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team and update job status
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software
  • Provide clear information and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
