Job Description

Job Summary:

German Language Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide technical support in
German (both written and verbal)
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues via email, chat, or calls
Ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer engagement and issue resolution

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year
of experience in customer support or a related role
German language proficiency C1 certification (mandatory)
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
in German and English
Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
Basic to intermediate
technical knowledge or prior tech support experience
Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Customer-focused with a proactive approach

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
Prior experience supporting DACH region customers
Exposure to international BPO/KPO setups
