Job Description

Responsibilities

Contact international customers via phone to discuss and collect outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients to secure repayment.
Resolve billing issues and disputes raised by customers.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, customer interactions, and account status.
Follow up regularly with clients on past-due accounts.
Monitor accounts receivable to identify and prioritize overdue accounts.
Follow company policies and legal requirements related to debt collection.

Qualifications and skills

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree may be advantageous.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, often with a clear international accent (e.g., US/UK).
