Role Overview:

Join the backend support team, where you will provide non-voice backend support for global customers. The role involves handling operational tasks, reviewing accounts, and ensuring smooth customer support processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work on backend operations for customer support.

Handle email/chat-based queries effectively.

Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining service standards.

Review and process customer account details with accuracy & confidentiality.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Adhere to compliance and company policies.

Eligibility:

Qualification: HSC with BPO experience / Graduate Fresher.

Skills: Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).

Shift: 24/7 process (Any 9-hour shift)

Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs.

Salary: Up to 20,000 In-hand (for freshers).
