We are looking for a customer-oriented and solution-driven Support Executive to assist our clients by addressing their queries and resolving issues over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions. Understand customer queries and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product knowledge and service-related updates. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
