Job Summary:

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound international calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Follow up on customer interactions where necessary.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Adhere to company policies, shift schedules, and work protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in international customer support (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve queries efficiently.
Proficient in using computers and typing with speed and accuracy.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a blended (voice + non-voice) customer support role.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
Graduation or equivalent preferred.

This is a 6-day working role with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
