Customer Support Executive- Non Voice Email Process

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry and maintain accurate Google Sheets.

* Coordinate with internal departments, bloggers, and influencers to ensure smooth workflow.

* Handle email replies promptly and professionally.

* Generate reports and provide updates to management as required.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.

Qualifications:

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Must have basic computer skills

* Knows how to use Google Sheets

* Has decent typing speed

Things you should know:

Timings are 9 AM to 6:30 PM

We work Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday are off)

Work From Office(Mansarovar, Jaipur)
