About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries regarding banking/credit card products 2. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards 3. Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally 4. Stay updated on financial product knowledge Requirements: 1. Complete HSC or Graduate (freshers eligible) 2. Possess 0-11 months experience (preferred) 3. Be aged 19-40 years 4. Demonstrate excellent English verbal communication Work Details: 1. Work night shifts (5:30 PM - 6:30 AM window) 2.
