Customer Support Executive - Mohali

Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about services. - Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in the services provided. - Provide detailed information about products or services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services to meet those needs. - Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of the offerings to potential customers. - Answer questions about products or the company. - Ask questions to understand customer requirements, close sales, negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve revenue targets. - Enter and update customer information in the database. - Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas, keep records of calls and sales, and prepare accurate sales reports as required. - Utilize persuasive selling techniques, conduct product demonstrations, and develop a deep understanding of services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Requirements: - Proven experience in a sales/customer service role is a plus. - Track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone. - Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Excellent knowledge of English. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.,
