Main Responsibility/Job Summary

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. Respond to customer concerns, product queries, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, seasonal collections, promotions, and brand updates to offer informed assistance to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
