Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore CTC: ₹25,000 per month Working Days: 6 Days a Week Open Positions: 18 Preferred Gender: Male Candidates Job Summary:We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Bangalore location. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are fluent in Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage. The role involves handling customer queries effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and queries efficiently. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Ensure proper follow-up and feedback to customers in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer support or a similar role Minimum Education: Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any stream) Language Requirement: Hindi – Mandatory Kannada – Preferred Perks and Benefits:Provident Fund (PF) Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Health Insurance Coverage
