Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints within the given timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to company policies.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication

    in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in

    Customer Support / BPO / Client Servicing

    preferred.
