Customer Support Executive (Fintech MyPursu App)

Location: Hyderabad (Office-based, 5 days/week)

Reports to: Customer Support Manager / Team Lead

Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts (rotating between day/evening/nights as per roster)

MyPursu is a specialized fintech and concierge app designed for NRI travelers, enabling effortless UPI payments in India without requiring an Indian SIM, bank account, or local cards. Our platform supports merchant transactions, bill payments, travel packages, expense tracking, and more with robust security and 24/7 support

Role Purpose

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for users and provide highquality support to ensure a seamless experience on the MyPursu platform. You will manage inbound queries, resolve payment and technical issues, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute feedback to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer issues via phone, chat, WhatsApp, and email in a courteous and efficient manner.

Assist with UPI payment and merchant transaction troubleshooting, concierge package details, travel assistance, and account-related queries

Create and manage escalate unresolved cases appropriately, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Educate users on app features like expense tracking, concierge packages, bill payments, etc.

Provide feedback to product or operations teams based on user concerns or common issues.

Work in rotational shifts (day/evening/night) as per schedule, delivering 5 days a week from the Hyderabad office.

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Prior experience (0 1 years) in fintech, customer support, or tech support roles is a plus.

Comfortable handling high-volume inquiries and resolving escalations under pressure.

Strong problem-solving mindset with customer-first orientation.

Familiarity with basic digital payment concepts.

Ability to work full time, 5 days/week, in office across rotating shifts.
