Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Customer Support Executives

Role & Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

Handling inbound customer inquiries and issues professionally via phone calls.
Providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Documenting customer interactions and following up on outstanding queries.
Working effectively within a team to meet performance targets.
