Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat support for international customers
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Adhere to process workflows and quality standards

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent English communication skills, especially verbal
  • Clear pronunciation with a neutral or global accent preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate systems
  • Open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
