Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address concerns or issues in a professional and friendly manner. Work closely with the marketing team to share insights gathered from social media interactions. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. If you are passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team as a Customer Support Executive focusing on social media channels.
