Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 2 Yrs
Gender Preference: Female
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory), English/Tamil added advantage

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Female candidates only) with experience in handling IT peripherals such as printers, scanners, laptops, and related hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to printers, scanners, laptops, and other IT peripherals.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support over phone/email/chat.
  • Log and track customer issues in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical/service teams for escalated cases.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing professional, accurate, and prompt responses.
  • Educate customers on product usage, preventive maintenance, and best practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidates only.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi (mandatory). Proficiency in English/Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support/helpdesk/technical support, preferably in IT hardware or peripherals.
  • Good knowledge of printers, scanners, laptops, and related IT peripherals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (IT/Computer Science preferred).
  • Technical certifications in hardware/peripherals support will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
