Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring for a premium CIBIL-based Email Support Project.

This is a completely non-voice (email-based) process, suitable for candidates with strong written communication skills and solid BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries through emails only (no voice calls)
  • Responding to CIBIL-related customer concerns professionally and accurately
  • Maintaining email quality, TAT, and compliance standards
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective written communication

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in the BPO industry (mandatory)
  • Experience in email / non-voice / back-office process preferred
  • Good command over written English
  • Decent overall communication skills
  • Willing to work in rotational week-offs
  • Ready for work-from-office setup

Work Details:

  • 5 Days Working
  • 2 Rotational Week-offs
  • Premium project with stable work environment
