The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound voice calls from customers, understanding their queries, and providing accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
2,34,460 LPA + 90,000 VSA (Freshers)
-Handle customer queries through voice calls professionally
-Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions
-Maintain clear, polite, and confident communication on every call
-Follow call scripts, SOPs, and process guidelines
-Document call details accurately in the system
-Escalate complex issues as per defined procedures
-Meet daily productivity and quality targets
-Good spoken English (mandatory)
-Clear voice and neutral accent preferred
-Basic computer knowledge
-Strong listening and comprehension skills
-Customer-focused attitude
-Willingness to learn and adapt
