Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer support
  • Maintain service quality and response benchmarks
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Demonstrate strong attendance, responsiveness, and discipline

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 1year proven work experience in Customer Support / Customer Experience in BPO only

  • Documented and verifiable employment history

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

  • No ongoing education or parallel commitments

  • Proper documented graduation
