Customer Support Executive

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in building trust, resolving issues, and increasing customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries via 

  Call, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram DM, and Website Chat

• Assist customers with order issues, payments, refunds, and product access
• Provide accurate information about ZINEX.in products and offers
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-first attitude
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Keep basic records of customer interactions

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

• Excellent written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or digital products (preferred)
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and online tools
• Problem-solving mindset
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
