Job Description

Objectives of this role Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling Improve organizational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements Resolve complaints, provide solutions, and follow up with customers Responsibilities Memorise scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while Tele-calling Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during Tele-calling Report the analysis and observation to the team lead Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while Tele-calling Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients Required skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree or high school diploma Strong communication skills and command of the English language Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role Data entry skills to complement the Tele-calling work
