We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team, focused exclusively on handling outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers, addressing their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Escalate complex or unresolved matters to internal teams with proper documentation.
Consistently meet performance targets and maintain quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, or call center operations (outbound calling experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills with a polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
