Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and effectively resolving their inquiries and issues. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist with their queries, concerns, and requests. - Fluently communicate in Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada to accurately understand and address customer issues and inquiries. Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus. - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and assistance to customers. - Demonstrate proven customer support experience or relevant customer service skills. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving customer issues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of relevant computer software and tools, including CRM systems. - Maintain a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
