Customer Support Executive (CSE)

As a Client Success Executive at VMax Wellness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, handling and resolving escalated issues promptly, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring high standards of service delivery through SLA adherence. Your ability to communicate effectively, listen actively, and collaborate with internal teams will be key in supporting our clients" needs and promoting their overall well-being. You will be working full-time onsite at our Coimbatore office, where you will be focused on enhancing client satisfaction rates, improving escalation resolution times, increasing client retention rates, maintaining SLA compliance, and measuring the effectiveness of internal collaboration. Your contribution to revenue growth through strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction will be essential for the success of our mission to positively impact one million lives. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in client success, customer service, or a similar B2C sector role, although freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply. A bachelor's degree in business administration or management is optional. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and client relationship management tools such as Zoho and Fresh Desk. Experience in the fitness or wellness industry would be advantageous.
