Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Support Executive (CSE) or Technical Support Executive (TSE) at our office in Jaipur. The job requires you to provide technical support services to our customers. The salary offered is up to 34,000 CTC per month, depending on your experience. In addition, you will receive a 10,000 joining bonus, 15 days of accommodation for outstation candidates, and travel ticket reimbursement. There are also attractive performance-based incentives available. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers - Communicate effectively in English with a technical mindset - Ensure no grammatical errors, mother tongue influence (MTI), good thought process, and high proficiency in tenses Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree - Prior technical support experience - Willingness to relocate to Jaipur immediately after selection Additional Details: The job is full-time and requires you to work from the office in Jaipur. The mode of interview is virtual. The benefits include health insurance and provident fund. This is an in-person work location.,
