As a Customer Service Executive in the International Voice/Chat Process at our company, you will be responsible for providing support for customers in the US, North America, and other international regions. Your role will involve assisting customers via voice calls and chat. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries and concerns through voice and chat communication channels - Ensure high-quality customer service by resolving issues promptly and accurately - Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Utilize strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively - Be willing to work night shifts as required to support customers in different time zones Qualification Required: - Graduates and Undergraduates from any stream are eligible to apply - Please note that BE/BTech graduates are not eligible for certain roles within the company This is a full-time, permanent position based in India, with the requirement to work from the office.
