Sciastra is looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist our customers via chat, email, and phone. You’ll help resolve queries, provide product information, and ensure a great customer experience.

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.

Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions.

Record interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.

Collaborate with internal teams for faster resolutions.

Maintain high customer satisfaction.
