Job Description

A Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools
  • Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
  • Time management and multitasking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
