Location: *Ruby Crossing, Kolkata*

Salary: *Up to 18,000 (Salary depends on last in-hand salary, experience & interview performance)*

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive who can handle IVR calls, address customer queries, and provide quick, effective resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to incoming IVR calls
Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutionsCoordinate with the operations team for issue escalation and closureMaintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills.

Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.

Basic computer knowledge and call-handling experience preferred.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Shift & Working Details:

Rotational Shifts (Morning & Afternoon)
Weekly Off as per roster
