Job Description

Drivestylish is an Online Car Accessories Store which provide doorstep delivery for all car accessories. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive:-

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming customer calls professionally
  • Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp (orders, products, delivery, returns, etc.)
  • Assist customers in product selection and order tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain proper call & chat records

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
  • Prior experience in customer support / e-commerce preferred
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, calls & basic computer tools
  • Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • E-Commerce: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
