Profile: Customer Support Associate

Full time

Log in hours: 9 hours working login and 1 hour break.

Shift timings: Rotational shift

Rotational Week off.

Salary: 12k to 15k in hand with no deductions 6days working with 1 week off

Must have:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to think independently and make decisions.*Capable of working under pressure.*Good team player.*Eagerness to learn and implement innovative ideas.*Strong problem-solving abilities.*Proficiency in MS Excel and computer skills.*Strong organizational and time-management skills.*Good decision-making skills.*Excellent interpersonal skills.Roles and Responsibilities: Handling customer's greviances Solving queries
