Job Summary:

Challani is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling queries and concerns efficiently, and ensuring a premium service experience across all touchpoints. Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and promptness.

Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction and service recovery.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, billing, inventory) to ensure customer requirements are met seamlessly.

Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers for feedback and post-sales service.

Educate customers on new arrivals, offers, and promotions.

Support in handling VIP clients and high-value transactions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (1–3 years) in customer service, preferably in retail or jewellery.

Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

High level of patience, empathy, and customer-centric attitude.
