About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of ERP products and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in the software support domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding ERP products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in resolving basic issues or escalate complex cases to the senior support team when required.
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Support customers with ERP product features, order status, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, service enhancements, and support procedures.
  • Learn and effectively use customer support and ticketing software to handle customer requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0 to 6 Months of experience in customer support or software product support (ERP knowledge preferred).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet navigation).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Candidates who can speak Telugu will have an added advantage.
  • Hindi proficiency is optional.
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
