Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele caller – Sales Executives with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing our ERP/POS solutions, and generating sales leads. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role offers flexibility through work-from-home options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly communicate the value of icube ERP/POS products
• Understand client needs and answer queries confidently and accurately
• Schedule demos or follow-up calls with the internal sales team
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Provide timely updates and feedback to the sales lead/manager

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any degree or diploma
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home
• Languages: Any regional language is acceptable (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.), but fluency in English and clear communication is a must
• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems preferred

• Excellent verbal communication and clarity
• Confidence in handling client conversations over the phone
• Strong persuasion and listening skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Good organizational and follow-up skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
